Product Features:

High hardness: alumina wear-resistant ceramic slice of its Rockwell hardness of HRA90, hardness is second only to diamond, far more than wear-resistant steel and stainless steel wear performance.

Excellent wear resistance: wear resistance equivalent to manganese steel 30 times, high chromium cast iron 20 times. According to the customer's tracking survey, under the same working condition, the service life of the equipment can be extended at least ten times.

Light weight: its density is about 3.6g/cm3, only half of steel, can greatly reduce the load of equipment.

Solid bonding and good heat resistance: wear-resistant ceramic pieces can be fixed in the inner wall of the equipment by adhesive, welding, vulcanization and other ways according to different equipment and working conditions.
